Tip: 3D Cheekbones

Avoid matte blushers. Everything matte creates an optical illusion of ‘flatness’.

You want cheekbones to stand out; therefore they must reflect light so they shouldn’t be matte. Use light-reflective powder blush on moisturized, or dewy-looking skin OR cream blush with a brush applied to the outer ‘apple’ for an even application.

Is light reflective the same as shimmery?

Not exactly. Shimmery could mean any size of the ‘light reflecting’ particles..could be the glittery type.I meant more of a smooth looking shimmer.
